Strawberry Protein Pancakes
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1tbsp of flax seed
1/8tsp of Xanathum gum 
2 packets Splenda


Mix together in magic bullet or food processor 

Simple Protien Cookes
1 scoop protien powder
1/4 cup oats
1 tablespoon any nut butter
Mix together with a little water and bake for about 5 min at 450
