Wouldn't surprise me if the doctor requests a MRI of the area to completely figure out what is wrong. Hopefully it is good news. I'm starting to get a little nervous because I strained a gluteal muscle (I think I strained it..) and I've been unable to exercise. It's not the fact that I can't exercise, just the fear that I won't come back strong and the fact that I'm supposed to race on Thursday. I tried to focus on other things during the time like a balance between rest but also trying new forms of fitness.
